I'm writing this review in the hopes that ownership reads better english than their staff speaks it. I will preface my review by saying i've had over 200 professional massages in my life, so I have an extensive history as a frame of reference. That being said, here is why this was one of the most frustrating & disappointing experiences, EVER receiving a massage: I booked a 30 minute appointment specifically to work on my neck. I made that clear on the phone prior to coming, and then once arriving. They quoted me $40, and said $40 when i arrived, but when i presented them my card (they requested upfront) they charged me $43 with no explanation. I had to use a pin so it was charged as a debit, so there should be no reason why they charged me a 7.5% fee to use a debit card with no explanation. As far as the massage itself, i pointed out where on my neck i was having problems before she began. She then proceeded to spend the first 10 of the 30 minutes gently stroking across my whole back and applying lotion, with about the level of pressure that someone would apply stroking lotion prior to going in the sun. I grew frustrated and again asked if she could focus on the right side of my neck where I had a strain. She then moved to my upper back but still just softly glazing over the area i pointed to, with no specific focus on it. At one point with about 10 minutes left, I had to ask her to again focus on the area i pointed to, but she continue to give it minimal attention. On the way out, she grabbed the card reader and assertively confronted me about leaving a tip. I didnt feel one was warranted, but I offered $6 (15% of $40) just to leave. She then actually kept questioning the amount as if it was insulting, and finally I said $8 (which is 20%, and should have been more than enough as that would be for excellent service). INSTEAD SHE ENTERED $10 AND SHOWED IT TO ME, MOTIONING FOR MY CARD! At this point i pulled my card away and said no I'm not playing this game, and turned to leave, and SHE LITERALLY JUMPED OUT IN BETWEEN ME AND THE DOOR IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP ME FROM LEAVING AND RASIING HER VOICE!!! Then she "agreed" to the $8 and pushed the card reader upon me. At this point an older woman came out from back and asked if there was a I problem. I told her I was not happy with the experience and how this was being handled and she then raised her voice and began speaking in an asian language, so I couldnt understand what she was saying. Probably the most bizarre and inappropriate experience I can think of with a "professional" massage place. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I AM CONSIDERING FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEIR LICENSE . They need a lesson in customer service, standard business practice, and American culture, to say the least.

Paid extra for one hour deep tissue, she rushed and was done within 20 minutes, no technique and truly one of the worst I've ever had
