My bf and I went for a couples massage. We arrived on time and found out we would be in separate rooms. We decided to stay and try it out anyway. We waited 20 mins in the rooms before the massage started. My bf’s therapist grabbed his wallet out of his pants on the floor & said no pay no massage. She left the door open and left the massage room about a dozen times to talk to other people. She got up in the table- straddling his head to rub his back, which made him very uncomfy. Overall both massages felt rushed and it wasn’t the experienced we hoped for. The language barrier makes communication difficult, which I think could improve the problems we had.

The 1st time I went was the best massage I've ever had. The lady used warm oil and stones on my back. My back was at 100% the next day. I went for a second time because my 1st experience was so good and this time the experiencewas the total opposite. It was a different lady and she sat down 90% of the time on the table I was laying on giving a one handed massage barely pressing on my back. I had to end up say something to her which I tried so hard to avoid. 1st 15 minutes she did not use oil and it was very very uncomfortable but she ended up getting some just before I was going to ask. She left my door opened for several minutes talking to someone else and only closed the door when another customer arrived. I never got the hot stones or the scalp massage I received in my 1st visit. I just never got the chance to relax so I paid for a service that left me feeling of no value, uncomfortable and disrespected for lack of privacy. I don't think she understood how dissatisfied I was even after telling her because of the language barrier. The second experience was very disappointing, sorry to say. Meanwhile it's a week later and my back is still in pain. I'm unsure of whether or not I will be going back after that.

Moon Spa has just opened up for business. The place is very clean and pleasant on the inside. The Asian ladies are very nice young ladies and my massage was one of the best massages that I have ever had. Thanks Moon Spa and I will be coming back soon.
