The massage was decent. For 30mins I paid $65, which is more than their sign says. Not only that after I paid and had laid down for the massage they then forced me to give her a tip, and acted like she didn’t know English when I said no. Won’t be going back for this mediocre service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! Absolutely the WORST massage I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a good relaxing massage don’t come here! My wife and I went in for a couples massage the therapists talked loudly to each other the entire time. The massage itself was horrible. Not even a full body massage. The place had BAD SMELL as well!! At the end the kept asking for more tip. Wanted us to pay $20 each for a $170 massage. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD!!!!

Someone from work got us a 70$ massage certificate. I went into use it and 70 covered an hour. I told them I wanted an hour and a half and I’d pay extra for it. They told me no only one hour. We went back and forth about the point that I WOULD PAY EXTRA for the extra time. Finally I just said whatever, an hour. The room wasn’t dirty but the sheet on the table appeared dirty or stained. There was multiple pieces of hair on the table. The communication isn’t clear on directions as to undress or when the massage is over and to get dressed. The lady said ok one hour and left. So I got up to get dressed and she came back with a water bucket of water to wash off the oil. At that point I was dressed and ready to go so I declined. The massage wasn’t bad. Not the best I’ve had. Probably won’t go back simply based off the fact that I was willing to pay for more time and they were refusing to do it and willing to argue with me about it.

I had an appointment tonight at 8:30 and I arrive around 8:25 and the doors were locked. I waited 25 minutes thinking they may still be inside and busy. Called 4 times nothing. They closed shop and left. No call to cancel. Not a very good way to do business. Frankly it is very unprofessional. I guess I need to find somewhere else to get a massage while I am in Albany.
