After 20 years of being a customer I was told not to come back after I asked the manager to slow down. She yelled at me 2x in front of everyone in the store and continued to yell, refused to listen, put words in my mouth that I never said and embarrassed me badly. She is highly talented and does excellent work but treats long time customers like they aren’t important. My time that was scheduled was not enough and I had to suffer because of the rush. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable of a manager of a business. The impact this episode had on me was devastating.

I do Russian Manis only so I try different salons for gel pedi. My preferred salon was closed today because of snow so I came here. Disaster. Rude, unprofessional, NOT CLEAN, and terrible job. Will not be coming back. So did it so fast - I felt like she was doing me a favor!!!!

Today was my second time there and the technician was ok until she cut me during my waxing. Then when she did my pedicure it wasn’t that amazing and it wasn’t cheap. At the end, she asked if I would leave a tip cash or on the card and when I told the amount she repeated it and didn’t say thank you. I will be looking for another place.

I’ve been getting my nails done here on and off for years. Everyone is so friendly. I find my manicures and pedicures from here to last for nearly a week (longer for pedicures). If you’re planning to visit on a Friday evening I highly recommend making an appointment. You’ll wait (and wait and wait and wait). Prices are a little high but worth it.
