Signing up for their membership is a total scam and don’t recommend anyone do it. You have to jump through endless hoops to try and get it cancelled all while they continue to charge you until multiple documents and requests are filed. And any “credits” aka money you paid in which zero services were provided they do not refund or way to utilize in another way. Absolutely do not sign up unless you want to fight them to stop taking your money every month.

If you get a massage here make sure to leave your jewelry at home. My wife went the other day wearing her Pandora bracelet, didn’t go anywhere else, realized it wasn’t home and went back to ask if anyone’s seen it. They were acting wishy washy and playing dumb. 0/5 stars.

I really like Massage Envy, but their turnover with therapists has become a real problem. You cannot get a massage on the books for months and the last six services out of nine have been canceled by Massage Envy due to changes in therapists schedule. I am at a loss to get a massage. Even stretching has become difficult to get. I have so many credits built up. You have to pay 20 per month to suspend your membership and to be able to use credits. And you have to fill out the form every month. Twice a manager was supposed to call me and never did. Very frustrated. Updates to this review. Massage Envy of Clay has fixed their shortage of therapists problem and has very good availability now. Definitely happier with this!!

We have been members here since they opened even though we have moved away we kept them as our home club. Now trying to put our accounts on Flex plus since we have built up so many massages due to life issues (difficult pregnancy and premature baby). Been trying to place this for over a month and manager has never returned calls or responded to emails. Finally after the 7th call we got in touch with the manager. At this point we are switching to a different location. Front desk people are lovely and I know that they could not fix the issue.

DO NOT sign up with this company. I have left this message before and I will leave it again. They lock you into services that they don’t have enough staff to provide. For 3 years they have had a 3 month waiting list or out booking for massage therapists. They will try to offer you sun-par substitute services or allow you to freeze your account with a monthly fee to wait until they can provide you with service. It has taken more than 3 months for a manager to respond to my many phone calls and email request for help. They will NOT refund any appointments that they cannot honor or offer times for. This is a total scam. They will repeat basic contract details which they feel completely free them from any need to fulfill their commitment to what you are paying a monthly service for. Therapists stay for several months and leave as well. Absolutely so not sign up
