Catherine is the best massage therapist in Maine! She is very knowledgable and thorough before the massage begins because she wants a thorough understanding of her clients needs and expectations. She is highly personable and her massage studio is very unique and inviting. I went in with chronic neck pain that I went to all kinds of specialists for with no relief two weeks later and I'm still pain free. Not only was the massage itself fantastic but she went above and beyond by explaining the root cause of the pain. I also appreciated that she checked in on my comfort level appropriately and had hot towels. I plan on making massages with Catherine part of my regular self care regimen.

Amazing. I feel incredible this morning after a really good nights sleep. Catherine really took her time working out the knots and adhesions that have developed from my work.
