I’ve been a loyal customer at this spot for over 4 years and have always had a great experience—until now. My recent visit was incredibly disappointing. After my massage, the masseuse followed me around the establishment, pressuring me for a tip, which felt very uncomfortable as I was already planning on giving her a tip. I’ve always tipped generously, and when I offered her a 20%+ tip, she made an unpleasant face, clearly unsatisfied with the amount. This behavior was unprofessional and completely ruined the experience. When I'm going to get a massage, paying $60+ for a service, AND tipping generously, the least I would expect is respect and professionalism. I'm now reading some reviews that have had similar experiences at this establishment, so at least I know I'm not alone in this! Unfortunately, after this interaction, I will be looking for a new massage place. It's such a shame, as I’ve always had positive visits here in the past.

Just Horrible service. The Lady working on Thursday night rude. I requested no elbows using, also explained to receptionist. My massage therapist kept on saying it double charged. Than she kept on making faces and asking me to tip her $25 or more. Showing her recommended tip chart. The worst place. They kept on warming up food in kitchen and making noises. I would not recommend to anybody looking for a quality service for a $60 massage.

Just went to day for a 90 mins massage. $90 dollars. I had Tonya and the massage was amazing! The best one so far from all other massages places I've been. She worked on my knots and pressure in my shoulders and back neck. I highly recommended this place. I will definitely be going again but this time with my husband. Thank you so much!

Took my father in law here to try it out they ladies seem polite when we got there when I picked him up he was going back in forth with the lady about more tip my father in law said they stepped on his back to hard and hurt him he told them but continued I was very disappointed in this spot. They are very demanding with tip and trying to get more! We tip 20$ and they still wanted more Tips are a gesture

I was miss lead by the reviews… I had high hopes this place was going to be a good one. Last Thursday I took my boyfriend to get a couples massage with me hoping it would relax us both (his first time). The ladies seemed polite but MY lady asked to step on my back I wasn’t sure how that would befit me but I said okay but my boyfriend didn’t want anyone on his back as he is an athlete and it’s important he doesn’t get injured. My lady stepped on my hips and my knee caps and arms… it didn’t feel good if anything it hurt. My boyfriend’s massage lady also stepped on his back without consent and ended up hurting him and making him uncomfortable. She also rubbed some kind of lotion or other on his nose without his consent. We were then forced to tip each lady $20 or more but we felt like we didn’t need to tip that much considering we weren’t happy with our service but still wanted to be kind and give them at least $10 each. They were very pushy and made it uncomfortable so not only did I spend $120 on our massages we were also bullied into tipping $40. Tipping is NOT a requirement it is a kinda gesture. A way to show gratitude. Never going here again.
