I thought it was just me, but the owner is just racist. He turns black people away on site and closes the door in our faces. Highly recommend going elsewhere after experiencing the way that man disrespects black women. Terrible experience, terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible place of business, terrible ethics, just racist.

Coming from out of town on a layover. After going to Union Square, I decided to choose this place to get a massage. I had just called and asked about availability. When I took an Uber there, a man came out and said no massage and literally told me to go away. Terrible service. And I don't understand how on phone my service was acceptable however in person, I was no longer acceptable. Highly would not suggest this ppacw.
