RUN, DON'T WALK!! 🏃‍♀️💨🙌 Patti is amazing! She's thorough, attentive, professional, and very accommodating. I ordered the soak package w/a body scrub and couldn't be more satisfied with the results. It might look little sketch on the outside but once you get passed the desk, it's a great service. It's a good gift to give yourself or a loved one. Ask for Patti, she won't disappoint. 💙😎🌞

I came to visit a friend in San Diego and he surprised me with a couple massage from this Thai massage parlor. I can honestly say this was the best massage I have never received, and I would absolutely return. The staff were all professional, and made me feel very comfortable. Again, I would return to essence Thai massage again next time I visit San Diego.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This is the sign you see when you first walk in. They are not in the best area of downtown. Lots of transients, I get it. But when you are spending $279 on a couples treatment, I expect better service. They left the room multiple times during our massage and the last 5 minutes of my massage, my therapis was talking on her phone while massaging me! So so bad. We are great long term customers for the right spot, they lost a huge lifetime value in us. I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. It's actually gross and dirty inside. They gave my boyfriend a towel to use in the sauna that had holes in it. Does anyone care there? I guess not. I have NO idea where all these good reviews came from. I am a Thai massage connoisseur and this is not it. Run the other way!

My husband and I did the beloved couples package and really enjoyed our experience. I am 8 months pregnant and BB was very accommodating with me. She was checking in on me and making sure I was okay often. Linda worked on my husband and he said he also really enjoyed his experience. We highly recommend Essence Thai Spa for a relaxing couples experience. Thank you guys!
