Highly recommend! This was my first session & I did a reiki massage, which was the perfect mix of physical and energetic therapy. My therapist was welcoming, calm, compassionate, curious about me & my trouble spots, and very intuitive with her hands. The office is easy to find & park, serine, clean, beautiful, and had fantastic amenities like a heated table (wow), weighted blanket, warm compress.
