I apologize for the lengthy review but after coming here 3 times and receiving similar treatment every time, I think I need to write this. I called to schedule an hour long appointment, but when I showed up, I was told "Oh no, can we do 30 minute instead? Another customer called and wants to come in." I said "Yes, I called, it was me.", and she said "No, another customer." When she saw I was clearly upset, she agreed to do the hour-long massage. NOTE: this is the THIRD time they do that little routine with me! I think it has to do with the fact that an hour long is $50 and 30 minutes is $40, which by the way, is a ridiculous price for half the time. The massage was fine. It was not the best ever but it was not bad either. I was feeling very relaxed at the end, until it was time to leave and give her a tip. Usually I tip very generously but I felt upset about having to argue to have an hour long massage as I had called and scheduled for. I said to put $7 on my card and she shook her head and said "No, too hard, $15?" I stared in disbelief as she argued that she massaged me "too deeply" for $7. Not ONCE during the massage did I ask her to massage deeper or any sort of indications. I've had many massages and this one was not one of the deeper ones. I told her I was already being charged $52 ($2 for using my card) and that I did not want to pay more than $7 tip. She shook her head again and gave me back my card and said "Ok cash." I gave her a $20 and she made a very unbelievable speech about only having $5 and $10 bills, so she came back with a $10. Yes, she tipped herself $10 after all. I was so upset about the way she handled this that I will never be going back here. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I tip very, very generously when the service is good. She lost my business and I'm sure she will lose others' as well.

I tipped her $20 at the end of the day she started yelling at me no $40 you tip $40 when I was staring at her I did not want to be rude so I told her no I only have 20 she yelled at top of her voice get out get out of here don't come back again...... and I never will

I love the ladies there,they take good care of me everytime I go,they even have me a extra deal on 4 hand massage that was wonderful!!! I recommend this place!!
