Go see Sydney!! She is a wealth of knowledge and so kind! As soon as you meet her, she feels like a friend you've had for ages! I have several chronic illnesses and a Reiki session with her is incredible! She has also done some cranial therapy with me that is truly magical. Cannot recommend Sydney enough. I think everyone could benefit from a session with her. Whether you are just looking for some calming time or help with certain areas... she will work to understand what you really need and help you achieve your goals. She helped me start a journal to see if I am missing certain triggers in my life for my chronic flairs. Just so incredibly helpful!

Lakeisha - I am sorry. You were an amazing therapist. I had to schedule an emergency euthanasia appointment for my dog. I tried to work around my scheduled appointment time tomorrow but offering compassion for my animal is critical. I absolutely respect your time and talent. I also respect the policy's set of charging 50% less than 24 hours - but this is also an emergency. I wanted to reschedule for Saturday - when you are fully available according to the online portal, but your boss won't let me. Even after explaining my situation, she said she is protecting you from people like me and must charge me. Her short-sightedness cost you a client that scheduled a monthly 90-minute massage and tipped you well. While I want to support you, I cannot support the True Bleu business. I hope you strike out on your own girl. You are amazing.

I decided to lean into self-care over the weekend and booked a massage with Lakeisha. It was the best massage I've ever had, and an amazing experience overall. I've never really been into massages because they always felt like generic experiences that I could take or leave. My massage with Lakeisha flipped that indifference on its head and provided an experience that was unique to me, my energy, and my areas of need. Lakeisha has a calm and peaceful energy that immediately put me at ease. Before the massage, she took the time to acknowledge comments I left on my intake form when I booked on line, and asked follow up questions to get a better understanding of what I wanted. She offered intuitive feedback, actively listened, and provided the best massage experience I've ever had. I also tried cupping and highly recommend this add-on. It really helped with tension in my back and gave me such a release. Afterwards, Lakeisha gave me tips to maximize the benefits of my massage, and I went home and slept more soundly and deeply than I have in months. Definitely check out this studio and absolutely book Lakeisha! She is amazing!

I had a craniosacral session with Sydney, we had a great debrief before I got on the table, really nice space also. This kind of work is pretty delicate and I was really impressed with her touch and presence to be able to do this. I didn't realize it, but she actually followed up on our appointment with some great literature and resources for everything we touched on, I had to come and leave a review.
