Zuyu is excellent! I’d give a 100 star rating if f it were possible. This spa is clean, pricing is reasonable and the service is outstanding! It was very easy to make an appointment via texting and the ambience while without any frills was serene and comfortable. My 60 minute foot reflexology massage with Kevin was INCREDIBLE! If you are looking for a relaxing massage in a clean, affordable and comfortable environment, this is the spa for you! I cannot wait to make my next appointment! Thank you Zuyu!

This place has gone down hill. This was my preferred place months ago and now - just horrible. Was there where the person working on my foot did the same right to left motion to the point I ended up “kicking” the guy to make a change. Though with little result until I spoke to him - but after a short time - back to the same motion. Same issues as others have faced with coughing and burping but one more. While I hear water when the fill and drain the tubs - I don’t hear water being used to wash hands. I don’t know for sure - but it irks me that the individual massaging me also touched my head and was close to my eyes. I had to tell him no a couple of times. I ended up taking a good long scrub. As with all these places - it is hit or miss. My 1 hour ended up closer to 45 minutes. Just an unpleasant experience and not like that from a year ago. Sad to see such downward changes.

I had an amazing experience at Zuyu. Their service is so good, and the therapists are truly qualified professionals. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Don’t mention they even sent an employee to take care of my son, watched movie with him while I was getting my massage:) Everyone here is so nice! I’ll be back!
