I did a walk in visit for 60 minute reflexology. The place is clean with oriental classical music playing. The reflexology chairs are out in the open. The table massages are in private rooms with a dark curtain separating them from the rest of the store. The chair massages are in the front of the store so basically everyone walking by can see you. The prices are very affordable! The person I had did a good job, but his customer service skills were lacking (sighing, answering his phone, and generally seemed like he would rather be some place else). There are other therapists there so maybe experiences can vary. I am not sure if they take appointments if you find someone you like. My treatment was good. You are not paying $150+ for a 60 minute reflexology in an expensive spa...so keep that in mind. The noise from people walking by in the mall comes inside the store, but we know that going into this.

If I can give zero stars I would! I went to get a back massage on the table and it was the worst. First when I walked in the guy ask “what you want?” Not how you doing or welcome! STRIKE ONE! He was also in between a chair massage and turned around and ask rudely how much I want? I said excuse me and he yelled 30min or 60 min? STRIKE TWO! I chosed 60 min! When it was my turn no instructions or anything just told to go in the curtained room and a timer with 60min on it shoved in my face! The massage began and it hurt so bad! STRIKE THREE! Like the previous review I felt like this is just the beginning it’ll get better in minute, but it didn’t! I instructed him to go softer and it’s like he tried, but couldn’t! It still hurt, same HARD hand and elbow movements! He even start beating on my back! I have been to massage envy, hand and stone, cruise ship massages, and this was not even half of what they did! I could’ve had someone in my family give the massage literally! I literally clinched my fist the whole time! I originally went for 60min and it hurts so bad I cut it down to 30min. He just pressed in whatever area he felt at the moment! Really no method to the massage! He kept grunting and stoping like his hands was hurting him! And as it should because cause he was using unnecessary force. I wish I just would’ve got up and left because none of the massage was relaxing! I’m very tense in my shoulder area and now I’m inflamed in my neck and shoulder blade area! I’ve been using ice since I left there! Such a bad experience, but what did I expect it’s in the middle of the mall! Knew it was too good to be true!

Back massage hurt, they mainly kept pushing with their elbow. The foot massage was fine. But the fact that they tried to scam us is not. Me my wife and one more couple, we all went together. My friend and I just wanted a 30 minute back massage and the girls wanted a 30 minute foot massage. About 20 minutes into, they talked to each other about something in their language and then told us ( we were in a room) that the girls want to extend their massage to 1 hour and if we want to do the same. We agreed. Turns out they said the same thing about us to girls, but they didn’t agree. Such a scam! Also, while she was massaging my back, another person came started massaging my feet, and I said that I don’t want a foot massage, turns out they charge extra for that after. So, not coming back because of the lies. Not honest business. Oh, plus the tips
