Taiwanese Massage was a very good experience. Looking at the prior reviews, it is true the language barrier exists....but it is a massage and they do try to give you a translation, so going with an open mind and knowing it's going to be a great deep pressure massage (I got some hot stones too!). I'm also here to get good service, and tipping is appropriate prior to service from my perspective (I will be very relaxed after), but it was not forced in any manner. I really am not concerned with people talking in their native language...I would love to work at a place talking to my work bestie occasionally. They also give you water when you are done. Will visit again. Thank you for a great couples massage. FYI-Also made that appointment on the same day....so that is super helpful for me, who didn't want to wait forever.

unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The therapist was rude and seemed distracted throughout the session, not focusing on areas I specifically requested. Instead of offering a relaxing experience, the session felt rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she kept asking for a tip, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.the staff even came outside near the car and asked for tip. I expected much better service and professionalism. I won’t be returning."

Did not feel welcomed at all! Staff was rude, and inconsiderate to me and wife. We felt as if showing up for appointment was a insult. Me and wife's masseuse attendees were sick. They were coughing, sneezing and had temperatures. You could feel.the heat of their sickness when they touched you! The whole massage experience was rude! They would talk loud while massaging and then would dissappear for minutes and you could hear them talking to other staff. At the end they demanded a tip, and even though one was not deserved, we gave one anyways. Never got a thank you for tipping, or gratitude. It felt like their attitude was OK time to go, get the hell out of here! Never will come back again!

This is the best place i have found for massage in Omaha. Cici and Li Na are the best. They want to please the customer and give you their undivided attention! I go there about once a week! 10 visits gives you an hour free massage! Wonderful parlor!

Everyone watch out this filthy unprofessional place. I have been there once, and I will never go back.here are reasons:1. During the massage,my therapist conversed in another language with the other, which was distracting !!!they thought I couldn’t understand what they were saying, but mandarin is my second language ! 2.the therapist over there are mostly without proper license and skill,some of them don’t even have Employment Authorization Document！ 3. they would compel you to tip 30% of the bill,even I have terrible experience.4. Their hygiene was so bad that they even sometimes didn't change the sheets when the last guest was over！！ It’s a cautionary tale for all of people who want to waste your money here!!
