The massage was fine although a little overpriced for a chair massage. $48 for 30 mins but maybe NOLA is this expensive? I was asked to pay upfront and included over a 20% tip without having received the service yet… and the masseuse still asked for more when I left. The manager can respond to this review with the same response in the others but know this is a consistent practice and if you want to avoid the frustration please avoid. I feel bad that the location is not paying their workers or they are not seeing their tips and they are in this situation.

I found this on Groupon and gave as a Christmas gift. Was a great deal, and then I happened to get one in return. Folks, let me tell ya something, you need this in your life. Skip nice dinner, take a cheaper lunch and treat yourself to 60 minutes of heaven. They are so nice and the atmosphere is wonderful. Parking is a slight downside, but it's downtown, so I won't fault the business. Would happily change my budget to fit an easily affordable hour of pampering in every month

Me and my fiance went here for couples massage on a Friday afternoon. We were both met by gracious staff. He got the hour massage my fiance he has been saying he needed a massage for a few months now and this place really worked him out! I recently had an incredible experience at Gravier Street Massage, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the space is. The atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, and you can tell that cleanliness and professionalism are top priorities here. The massage itself was phenomenal—seriously, the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was extremely skilled and applied the perfect amount of pressure, working out all the tension in my muscles without ever feeling rushed. What’s even better is that they give you a full hour, not a minute less, which is such a rarity these days! And let’s talk about value—hands down, this is the best deal in New Orleans. Both me and my husband enjoyed the Thai massage. We both wanted to give them a tip but we didn't have any cash 😔. We have had these kinds of massages before so we expected to be asked for a tip before we left lol. To be honest they did a great job and very attentive. I would have tipped regardless if I had the money. Next time I go back I'll carry a couple of bucks cos they did deserve it. You don't ask you don't get haha 😆😂
