After years of thinking that it was normal to feel like I had been beat up after getting a massage, I discovered Stacy. She has been so kind and caring and attentive to my needs. She is the first therapist to actually talk to me to better understand what works for me. I now go to her on a regular basis. I would highly recommend for anyone, but especially those that may need to be handled with care.

Stacy is amazing! She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in massage therapy. I've gone to a number of massage therapists in the past and she is the best! Stacy has helped me work through injuries including tendinitis and deep tension issues. I highly recommend her!

Stacy has helped me so much with figuring out a whip lash injury and more. I’d get these awful migraines triggered by my injury and seeing her really helped minimized them. She’s able to be intuitive about the body and where needs attention and what needs a little more patience and gentleness. She’s also an amazing human! I’d highly recommend her therapy!

I've had pain in my neck/shoulders for almost a week. I'm visiting Rochester on business this week so I'm no where near a place I'd normally go for help. I messaged Stacy early this morning, and she was able to get me in this evening. I already have more range of motion in my neck and it's no longer excruciating to lay my head on the hotel pillows. She was very professional, kind, and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you again for helping me! Much appreciated!
