I normally have a decent experience but this time I had the man do it and oh my. It was horrible. He clawed me down my back and my neck but most of the time all he did was dig his elbow in my calf and arms he barely even touched my back and when he did he like scratched it so hard the entire time. I’ve had a lot of massages here and I’ve never had it feel like this. I feel worse coming out then I did going in, like the scratches all burn from the oil. If you come here DO NOT let the guy do it. He literally scratched and then just tried to pop my back and then just never touched my back again. I only added the first pic because I’m shopping and that’s the only one accessible rn

I absolutely ❤️🫶🏽 love this place. Even tho everyone there has amazing hands. I have to give a special shout out to Lily you the real mvp. My shoulder/neck was killing me today and she found this spot on my lower back 😍 chefs kiss. I did a scorpion on vacation 3 months ago. She’s awesome you leave this place feeling like you’re on ☁️9. Now I can live to fight another day.😁 Thank you soooo much❤️❤️

Their work is ok, half of them you can tell they haven't been formerly trained. They charge you for apple pay and change your tip. I've had it happen to me personally. Don't leave anything of value such as cash in the basket.
