I went in feeling pretty bad. I have food intolerances which lead to extreme inflammation in my muscles and extreme fatigue. I could turn my neck when I went in. I had combination Guasha and something else. The first part hurt but I got through it but then the guasha was wonderful. It felt like it was going to work. It did! I left energized and pain free. Truly a miracle.

I like a Deep massage and this was far from a Deep massage just pressure. If you like someone just pushing down and moving and then pushing down you would like this.Most definitely not my idea of a massage.
