the other day I went to May Spa to get a muscle-relaxing massage. The masseuse took me to the room, but man, her technique was *super* rough. I asked her to go lighter, but she kept using crazy strong pressure on my back and legs – it was straight-up uncomfortable. After that awkward session, I paid and left a $10 tip. But get this – the lady actually cornered me saying she "worked extra hard" and demanded more money! I tried brushing her off, but she wouldn’t stop hounding me. Finally just shoved another $10 at her to make it stop and got the hell outta there. Never setting foot in that place again. Total ripoff vibes.

The absolute best!! I stopped in on a whim after a week of terrible headaches thinking I’ll do the chair massage since it said they can do walk ins. I ended up choosing the tui na massage and now I am hooked! It’s a technique I had never experienced and it’s awesome. They are all amazing, and you can let them know what bothering you. My headaches were gone. It’s warm and modest inside, and everyone is so friendly. The reflexology foot massage is also great, it’s intense and I felt the benefits immediately.

I never write reviews however I feel this time was necessary. Let me start with the Pros My husband and I had to call last minute to change the time of our appointment for an hour foot massage and 30 massage, they were very accommodating. When we arrived 30 mins early, the woman at the door was very friendly and took us right in. The place was clean and the atmosphere was very calming. Cons Everyone is different therefore my cons may not be the same as everyone’s. I wanted a foot massage not a leg message. She spent more time on my legs than my feet. This was very disappointing. My husband had no complaints about his foot massage. The massage itself was extremely painful. My husband and myself were sore the next day. It was truly an awful experience. Again everyone has a different tolerance this wasn’t way our experience was so awful, that came when We went to cash out. We were told the balance, my husband paid and gave them each a $10. tip. The woman cashing us out said “that’s it???” The other woman comes over and says “I worked very hard.” Had I thought quickly, I would have taken their tip and left. A tip is optional. I work hard also for my pay and I don’t get a tip for doing my job. This was rude and totally inappropriate. I was so taken back by their rudeness I had no words I just walked out the door after my husband gave them another $10 each. We will NEVER step foot in the place again. We will continue going to Franklin Baths’ in Saratoga where the massages are absolutely amazing , the staff has more class and doesn’t expect or ask for a tip.

One of the best massages I've ever had. I feel like a new person. I did the combo 60 minutes body and 30 minutes feet. Highly recommend. The pricing is very reasonable. Cash is the preferred kind of payment but, they do take card. This place is absolutely hidden gem. I will be back next time I'm in town.
