I’ve called on multiple occasions, about 4 or 5. No one ever picks up. Hours say they are open until 10pm, I called at 8:30, then I receive a very unprofessional text broken into 3 different ones: first one states their address and “60hr, 40hr”, no identifying information. Next one says they already closed, to come back tomorrow, it’s still 8:39 at this point. Awful customer service and from the other reviews this is an ongoing issue others encounter. Makes you wonder it it’s a front for something else. Too bad, I have been looking for a reliable massage place in the neighborhood, starting to seriously miss my Manhattan locations.

Massage was decent but they charge you tip twice?? They asked me to pay tip before the massage (which is very weird) and then after the massage they ask for another tip again saying it’s normal to have to pay it twice. Kind of scammy with their pricing FYI.
