After being hit by a car years ago, I’ve been dealing with chronic pain off and on, but this past month was especially brutal—constant pain in my lower back, hip, and glutes on my right side that had me in tears some days. I would go to Ted weekly if I could! Found him through Google, so reviewing and recommending someone truly works. Muscle mechanic describes him pretty well..much better than ‘massage therapist’ ever could! His combination of treatments with stretching, active release therapy, reflexology, acupressure are therapies I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been to at least 10 LMT’s. He truly has found his calling. He’s a humble expert…compassionate yet firm and directive. Anyone at all would benefit from his care and expertise. But, if you’re struggling with ‘stuck’ stuff😊.. stiffness..mobility issues and injuries he’s the one you need. He has a sincere/authentic desire to help and teach. The Muscle Mechanic is a great descriptor..but body & soul mechanic might take the cake! 👍🏼so very happy I found ya Ted… a bit of a miracle worker if you ask me! Thank you 🙏🏼Thank you!

Chronic pain in my upper back to the point I had numbness along the medial nerve path and bad pain in my upper back by the traps and SCM. I literally could not write. Ted educated me about soft tissue injuries and worked on me to help decrease the pain. I’m hopeful I can get a handle on my quality of life/productivity. Highly recommended!
