I’ve been suffering from severe pain in my right foot. I’ve had injections, bought special socks, pads, shoes, etc. I had a foot massage yesterday and was able to walk today without severe pain. I will be returning on a regular basis. I wish I had good the ladies name who provide my services.

Used to be fine and do the job when needed a quick massage. They've lost their "touch" and continue to increase their prices for a poor job/service. Their credit card machine "broke" all of a sudden and sent us to the mall ATM to incur the fees and get them cash to pay. Awful, gross and won't ever be back. Showering asap 🤢

I normally wouldn’t want to get massaged in public or in front of other customers but Amanda did a fantastic job. Somehow she knew exactly where my problems were and she fixed me well. I got the 20 minutes for $30 but ended up getting another 10 added on so I paid $40 for 30min. For the price and convenience of no appointment needed as well I give them 5 stars for sure. I’ll be back.

I've come here many times for foot or full-body massages, and really enjoy this place. They accept walk-ins and you can't beat the prices (I always tip them at least 20%). The masseuses are friendly and give excellent massages-I love the hot stone treatment that comes with the full body massage. They understand enough English to receive feedback on massage pressure or style. Only once did I have an older man who was way too heavy-handed; otherwise all my experiences there have been great and I highly recommend it.

This is for the Coastal Grand Mall location. Please, read the entire review. I review for my (1 star) massage as well as my daughter’s (5 stars). Normally I leave feeling like a new person, this time however that didn’t happen. I got, as usual, a 60 minute deep tissue table massage. The gentleman spent half of that blowing his nose or “massaging” with one hand…mostly just putting pressure on with the palm of his hand, or pushing with the palm of his hand, while blowing his nose. In the beginning I told him that I needed my upper back, shoulder and neck worked on, I mentioned it 3 more times during the massage but was ignored. When I went to pay, I told him that I felt bad for him being sick but that it was the worst, and first time that I’ve been unhappy with their service and didn’t get what I asked for. Obviously I’m not going to tip when I don’t get the service I paid for. He actually had the nerve to show me the tip jar, after I told him how unhappy I was. I actually shouldn’t have paid at all!! If language was an issue, he should’ve called someone to translate what I was saying instead of pretending to understand and ignore me. My daughter got the same massage from another therapist and was very happy, as I have been every time before. I probably won’t go back, only because of the way I was made to feel for speaking up. Customer service, trying to make it right, or at least apologize would’ve gone a long way!
