First off let me say I’ve been here before and had a foot massage, which was fantastic. Decided to get a “table comfort” hour massage and had the most painful, awful experience. I literally got a massage by a man’s elbow, at max strength…. Mainly on my bones, not muscle. I thought my squirming and grunting was enough to show I was in pain. I’m not the type to voice when I’m not pleased as I’m trying to let him do his job…. but I asked (not joking) 5 times to have it not so hard. Idk if the man couldn’t understand me or not, because he just laughed. I even asked if he could please just use his hands and no elbows… still didn’t stop. I almost asked to end the massage half way in because I was so uncomfortable. I was in borderline tears at the end. Such a huge disappointment. I fear I’ll have bruises up and down my body tomorrow. Please listen to your clients when they say “too hard” …. “softer please” … “please stop with the elbows”…. “That’s uncomfortable” …. It’s not funny to be in so much pain.

I had a 30 minute chair massage today. She burped and sniffled through the whole massage. She barely applied pressure during the massage. The most pressure she applied was while rubbing my spine. She didn’t say a word while I was paying because she was on the phone. I would not recommend this place.
