My experience with Tao Spa was very good. It was very easy setting up a morning appointment. The full body massage was excellent. They were originally only doing my back and when I said what about my legs, they said it was an extra $10. I reminded them that my certificate was for a FULL body massage and thats what they did. Do not let them charge you extra if you already paid for a full body. I do recommend Tao Spa.

This was an excellent experience as I needed a massage after all of the driving and family responsibilities over the past couple of days. I had a full body massage and it was wonderful. I tried this establishment via Groupon and I will definitely be back as I was relaxed and the massager knocked those knots out. So if you are in the area and you are looking for a great spa to do reflexology and massages, visit Tao Spa!

My massage therapist was great but she didn't do a full body. She focus more on my back then anything else. She told me if you want me to massage your legs and foot it's a $10 extra fee because I have a groupon. I told her the Groupon read 60 min full body massage. It didn't say anything on the Groupon that i wasn't getting my full service. Then it was too noise and my massage therapist was having a conversation with another therapist which i felt that was rude.I felt I was being cheated and I talked with the manager about it. She apologize but I wouldn't be going there again.

I completely agree with the last review. I called Tao Foot Spa today, and the person who answered the phone (the only one who speaks English) informed me that if you have a gift card, the earliest appointment is at 7:30 PM. However, if you’re paying cash, they suddenly have availability as early as 4 PM. This feels very unfair and discriminatory toward gift card or Groupon users. On top of that, the Groupon rates are actually higher than the prices offered directly at the location. The lady on the phone was rude, dismissive, and rushed me off the call. If they dislike servicing Groupon customers, they shouldn’t honor it at all.

Foot massage review - they seem to rush the massage. The women kept getting up and going out of the room. They often were doing something in their phones. One was even making calls while massaging.
