I called and asked about their hot stone massage. I called two times once to confirm they had the service and the price and the second time to book and confirm the time. This was my first massage experience and I stated that upon arrival. I asked if they took card for the HOT STONE massage and she told me I could use the atm next door. When I came back it went like a normal massage but after an hour she said she was done and there was no hot stone. When I brought this up she used her phone to translate and some lady on the camera( which I was unaware there were cameras) started arguing saying I never asked for hot stone massage… I was specifically seeking out this type of massage. So I paid 100$ for a service I did not ask for. And they only offered to give me 20$ back…. I told them to keep it because this was clearly a SCAM. I will not be returning and I am very disappointed and unsatisfied.
