I went here for an anniversary date and loved the experience. I purchased a 40 min foot massage and they also massaged my temples, head, neck and shoulders. Very relaxing environment and my feet felt phenomenal afterward. Highly recommend supporting this business.

Their lack of knowledge in proper massage can cause severe injury to you. Don't risk it and come here. The massage was almost ok until he pulled both my arms upwards lifting my entire upper body off the chair/table (I was laying on my stomach). The back is not meant to bend that way. I'm seriously injured. My low back still hurts after several months of the massage. Pain really interferes with your life. He hyperextended my spine with force. I'm in pain and have so much discomfort. Everything I do since then I have to do carefully and reconsider my activity. I wish I never went.

I used to love the Nampa location and came with the same expectations. Pay for a foot massage. You'll be fine. Don't waste your money paying for a body massage. NOT WORTH IT. I asked for soft and the guy kept applying too much pressure despite repeatedly informing his as such. He caused more pain and discomfort than he provided soothing or relief. My body hurts more the next day and if anything didn't do anything to alleviate any pain.
