Kelly is wonderful and attentive. Each visit she checks in on what you need and makes it comfortable to make requests. The room is cozy and relaxing, no harsh smells/fragrances, its bliss. I'd also flag that she's really attuned to what you want socially as part of your visit. Sometimes I want to chat here and there, othertimes I want quiet and she picks up on that well making for a really welcoming experience.
