This is my first time writing a negative review for any business, but this place is a really bad. This woman is not a trained massage therapist and the massage was a not a real massage. I had never been here before and was made to pay up front for an hour, however 10 mins into the massage I realized I was not getting a real massage, and then another client shows up ready for a scheduled appointment. She was the only one working. She tells me she needs to rush my massage (even though I already paid for an hour) because someone else with an apt was waiting. If she had another customer she should not have accepted my business, I could have gone elsewhere. So instead, I told to her that I was not having a good massage and why, and I asked if we could just end the massage and I opt for refund. She would not let me because she said we had worked for 20 mins (however this included her stepping in and out of the room 3 times to do other things), she worked on me for 10 mins at most. I was willing to pay for the time she had provided, but the fact is she refused to refund me at all and blamed it on not knowing how to process a refund on a credit card, which is unheard of for any business that accepts credit cards. I am really disappointed and don’t understand how this is an operating business. I question the legitimacy if this place. Do not go here.

It surprised me to find a good massage spot in Little Havana area. The two massagers for us are very professional. They know how to deal with your pains and manage to relieve them accordingly. The music is soothing as well, and it’s a nice place after some tour around Miami.

I got the couple massage, the massagers were talking in another language all the time and we didn’t have a relaxing time there at all. Massager were not that strong and expert too. She massaged the back of my knee and it is so painful right now.
