This place is terrible. It’s dirty; not friendly and makes you feel like your def not just there to get a massage. Warm towel was soaked in bleach when she tried wiping me down, it’s freezing in there so not go there’s so many other places. Barley massaged! They don’t care to do the work just collect 50$ plus a mandatory tip. Not worth it!

Very frustrating!! The lady didn't even finish 40 minutes from a hour massage. Was barely massaging. Didn't want to listen to my requests. Very biter experience. I being coming here for the last 2 years and it was very disappointing how little they cared.

I’ve been back and fourth with loving this place or not. I mean they have the best price in town and you get a mix off massages, reflexology, Sweden ( hitting certain pressure spots) hot stone and foot rub included, a full head to toe massage. Lovely music and clean. Ive been there 10+ Times and every time it’s just ok or Plain great. Also yes it could be a little warmer in there.

Really confused by so many other reviews. Tips for service are not mandatory or required of the consumer, tips are based on service and I decide what's appropriate. This spa demands a $10 tip up front before the massage. NOPE. Go anywhere else, there's no reason anyone is demanding a 25% tip up front, before service. That's not how it works. They also charge if you use a credit card, so they charge you $4 to use your card and expect $10 up front tip so they can give whatever kind of massage they're feeling like that day and you've paid for it.

I have been using the place for a few years now and it was OK, not the greatest massage but you could not beat the price. As I walked in today, I was told had to pay ahead of time for service (this never happened in the 10+ times I have been there). I explained the lady that this was strange and that I didn't feel comfortable paying ahead. She then told me I could pay later but then it would have to be cash only..... It is sad to see a place that was decent turn into this. I will not use them again and will select another place, even if it might be a few $$ more.
