He used the perfect amount of pressure and worked all the areas we discussed beforehand (and even some that I was unaware of). The atmosphere in his room was very quiet and calming - I fell asleep 3 times which I never do. Can't wait to book with him again!

I enjoyed a wonderful massage from Michelle today. She really makes a point to be involved in her clients' health and is also informative as to the whys of what's going on in your body. I've searched and searched for the right massage therapist and she's the one. I highly, highly recommend her (especially if you like deeper work, although she can do it all) because she's fantastic. I recently moved to town and was in desperate need of a new LMT. I picked 12th Avenue Massage based on their reviews and was incredibly lucky to get connected with Michelle. I have had both Deep Tissue and Structural massages with her, and I am not just saying this but in the 20+ years of receiving this kind of work on my extremely tight neck, shoulders, back, hip - and today rib muscles and feet - Michelle has provided the most relieving and ACTUAL deep tissue massage I have ever had. She knows exactly where my problem areas are and gets to the root of it. In addition, she can explain what is going on with my muscles if I am interested in the details, just as much as she is perfect for letting me relax in silence if that is what I am looking for. I typically book 90 minutes with her because it helps that much. She is amazing!
