This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff are clearly overworked, and it was distressing to see them crying in front of customers. There is no real spa or massage expertise here—after just a few minutes, they started pushing for something else, and when I refused, the attitude completely changed. I had booked a one-hour massage, but after 45 minutes, the therapist claimed she couldn’t continue due to pain and even asked me to massage her hands instead. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a proper massage or spa experience, stay away. This place seems to cater only to those seeking something else entirely. Consider this a warning.
