Received a massage from Jack today that was wonderful. His work was so thorough, and I feel so good. Honestly… I thought the 90min session was too cheap for the quality of massage I received. They even have a punch card: receive 10 sessions and get the next 30mins free. I will absolutely be filling up this card! Also — how lucky am I to have had such a great experience for what was a walk-in appointment at a random, nearby Asian Spa on Google Maps. Definitely worth a visit, folks.

I ordered online and it gives you 2 options: a sweetish or a combo,both an hhr or hour or 90min. Not saying what takes place during either massage.. get there, of course no one speaks English to the point they can't even tell me what language they do speak (so I can use Google translate). Booked 2 hours combo. One for me one for a friend. I aksed 45min body, 15min foot and They said no! 30 body! 30 foot! WOULD NOT BUDGE... Within 5 minutes I had to show the woman what I meant by a "massage" I'm sorry but if you're already exhausted by 5pm and either don't feel like doing your job or are just too tired then go home. The woman was just grating her NAILS over my skin, so I had to show her how to massage. Then I kept pointing at my trouble spot over and over and she'd put very light pressure on it for a minute then continue to rake her nails over my body, making it look like she was "actually working". For the sake of my friend, I didn't get up and walk out in the first 5min or i would have. I have no tolerance for places like these. Definitely not a good experience, my friend had an okay massage, but they also got the male, so that's not surprising. It always seems the female at a non English speaking parlor doesn't know what she's doing, plain doesn't understand you, or just doesn't have the strength for the job. Just my experience and this place , again, confirmed it.

This was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten in my whole life. She didn’t even listen to me at all prior to the massage. I said no legs or feet because I’m ticklish. She did it anyways. She was a literal spaz and seemed like she was on drugs or something. She was pressing way way way too hard and I told her to lighten up the pressure twice. She did not. I will never go here again.

Yuan has been working out the knots and bumps for me for a few years now. After trying a number of providers I can safely say they are the best in town. Well worth a trip to the west side. The therapists here are friendly and kind, I love my weekly massage routine.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. I do not leave reviews but this one left me with no choice. Reasons why you shouldn’t go here: 1. The therapist had another woman inside the massage room throughout the massage and she was constantly talking to her, they were laughing and giggling and what not. I WAS NOT TOLD OR ASKED IF THEY CAN ALLOW ANOTHER PERSON IN THE MASSAGE ROOM, I ONLY FOUND OUT WHEN I HEARD THEM TALKING. 2. They never want to say no to MONEY so if you walk in asking for a massage they will tell you a very very short wait time to make you avail their services. During my massage a new customer walked in and they rushed through my massage and finished it way before time so that they don't lose the other customer. RIDICULOUS! 3. When it was time to pay I told the man that I was not happy with the service and he looked at me as if I had asked him for his kidney. I told him I am going to pay but am giving you feedback. The moment he found out I am paying he was fine and didnt care about me telling him I am not satisfied with the service. 4. This one might not be a big deal for everyone but they hardly speak or understand English so if you want to give them very specific instructions its almost impossible to communicate that.
