Went there on a Monday. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. Went back, was told no 1 hour massage, only 30 minutes. Called again today to see if they had time to do a one hour massage. The woman who answered the phone rambled something, and I said I didn’t understand what she was saying so she hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional. To hell with this place!

Something someone else commented on happened to me. Got a 1 hour massage. Went back there and she demanded a 60$ tip. Before we ever started. Gave my initial payment back and told me to leave. And iv been there a couple times over the Years. The other times as I'm done she demands a tip a sticks out her hand. I know it's kind to tip. But you think as much as they charge they wouldn't be so pushy

Went in greeted harshly but was seated only to wait 20 mins with no previous warning about wait time. When I called they said card or cash was accepted and then said only cash once I arrived. After waiting for a disgusting amount of time she short changed me with only 18 mins out of the 30 I paid and tipped for. She demanded tip first like I was going to dine and dash. She must hate her job. Take my advice and avoid this business if you have any self respect.

Very professional, upscale, but you have to be specific and how soft, medium, or hard you want the massage. I have a lot of back problems and she always makes it her goal to make it easier for me. I would put 10 stars if there were that many.
