The spa is in a modern building with an outside entrance. The garden space is nicely maintained. There is ample safe parking. The interior is very nice. It is modern construction and laid out for a health oriented business. It is very clean. The walls are nicely painted and good carpet on the floor. The rooms are nicely furnished and have a relaxing effect. The prices are competitive what I find for Seattle. There is no haggling about tips, but I am usually generous because of the good friendly service that I get. The manager is always asking about my satisfaction. She is very sincere about offering a high quality standard. I usually have no problem with communication. If there is ever a question that don’t understand the manager is always available even if she is off site. Prices are posted, so, there is no confusion about what it will cost. I have found the quality of service superior. Sometimes I am pleasantly surprised when an ignored ache is resolved with strong knowledgeable fingers. Many times the provider seems to read my body better than I can. After the massage they allow me to get dressed at my own pace. I have never been rushed. They have extra rooms to take care of others while I am taking my time. All in all, a very nice experience that I treat myself to.
