Overall a pretty good massage for the price. I only went one time and it was really easy and straightforward to get an appointment. The location itself at least at the Venice location is okay. Everything seemed sanitary and clean but the facility itself is not very nice or visually appealing. The only problem I really had was how they advertise their tipping policies. It is still up to you to decide how much to tip but they advertise that a $30 tip is the standard for a $69 massage, which kinda defeats the purpose of getting a cheaper massage in the first place.

Love that there is a place on the west side that reflects the quality of massage on the east side. This place is authentically Asian. If you like white practitioners / fancy interiors go somewhere else. I like someone very strong so Nana was the best for me. Her Thai massage was amazing, she is very deep and intuitive and I will be back to see her.
