I just left this place of “business”. Let me start by saying upon initial entry it smelled unclean. I was hoping maybe it was just upfront but it was also in the massage room. So I called before hand to ask them if they were open and if they did PRE-NATAL massages, she tells me yes & kinda rushes me off the phone, but I chucked that off to the language barrier. I personally don’t care how well your English is as long as your respectful & you actually try to understand me & visa versa. Once I arrived she asked me if I had baby … I said yes. I reminded her that I called before hand and already asked if they offered accommodations for the Belly. She then agreed that they did & told me it would be $70 & I had to pay before the service. (3rd red flag) but I was desperate as my body was in pain and needed relief. She then told me to get cash out of the ATM located in the corner of the front office. I asked her if they took Apple Pay, she said yes and then charged me what I believe was the fee for using the card machine they had available. So the new total $73 but she didn’t mention anything about it before swiping my card. (4th red flag) So we get back to the room & I kid you not she directs me to lay on this massage table which is extremely flat (pregnant people cannot lay flat on backs or stomach) so I look at her confused then point to my big as* 9 month belly. She then asked me if I want an extra pillow, I nod yes. She brings back a pillow and then the massage begins shortly after. Technique was POOR, ambiance was POOR, experience was POOR. She rubbed my thigh lightly for about 30 minutes I kid you not. I had to ask her to target my shoulders and neck area. It was all bad & I know I should’ve left but I paid beforehand like an idiot… so kinda just sat through it. So I’ll take accountability for that but they will NEVER see me again. SHE BEGGED ME FOR A TIP ON THE WAY OUT & pulled out the receipt from earlier asking me to fill in. I circled the $3 random few and told her thank you and left the horrible place. I usually go to Medico or Wildwood day spa, they were both closed and I was desperate.

I called a couple of days ago to get the price for a 1 hour massage. I was told $70.00. When the call was ended, I received a text stating $70, along with prices of other services. At the end of the text is stated (cash is better) with 2 emojis with heart kissy faces, WEIRD! Yesterday, I looked at my receipt and the total charge was $73. No breakdown of what the extra $3 was for. I called and spoke with a lady and reminded her of what I was quoted, as well as the text that stated $70. I asked what the extra $3 was for? She said, it was for service. I told her the $70 was for service and I gave the masseuse a $10 tip. I told her if the $3 was a part of the tip, that I would be back to get the additional $3 that I had given the masseuse. She told me, she would return it to me. When I got there. I spoke with a different lady, who was a bit feisty. When I asked her what it was for she said, it was tax. I told her in the State of GA, tax is not charged on a service that is performed. She became very upset and said it was tax. Again, I stated what I'd previously told her. She then start pulling receipts out of the register from previous customers showing me where they had been charges also. I told her yes, I see that they've scammed lots of customers. She went just behind the curtain and the 3 ladies began arguing very loudly amongst themselves. I was finally given the $3, by the lady that I spoke with on the phone, I assume. I told one of them that I didn't mention it the day of my massage, but the room was rather warm. It did not have the pleasant smell that all other places that I'd been to had. The only thing I could smell was Clorox. I assume due to their "Happy Ending" specialty. Is this even legal?? No relaxing music in the room, only in the hallway. I was told the next time I come to bring cash. My reply was "THE NEXT TIME?" I was then told to go! I would not recommend. The facility and the personnel is very unprofessional.

I walked in today for a foot massage and despite the fact they accept card, she made me leave to get cash. No BoA ATMs were nearby, so I drove to the nearest CVS, got cash back, and came right back to this place of business. When I walked back in, she told me, sorry, we are busy now, come back in 1 hour. She had no problem taking care of the two other individuals in the store that did not look like me. I’ll leave it at that.

When I walked in and told the lady the services I wanted, she was very rude and asked me to pay first, as if I didn’t have the money to afford the services! I walked out in disbelief and went to Medico Massage, where I experience a phenomenal massage! If you are thinking about going here please turn around, the customer service was disgusting.
