I called to book a massage via the phone and was told the price was $85 but when leaving, I was asked to pay $125. I don't recall being told that on the phone but I could have missed that. When I met Joshua, I asked him to focus specifically on the neck for at least half the hour. 5 minutes before the massage ended I asked him to please do my neck as he hadn't touched my neck yet. He lightly went over it a few times and massage was over. His elbows jabbing into my back , I am still in pain 5 days later. I know the muscles are all connected but when a client specifically asks to focus on one area and you don't feel comfortable with that, that should be addressed before proceeding. I shared my disappointment with him but was ignored. I was hoping to have a massage therapist closer to me but I will continue to see my previous therapist who listens to me. I'll leave feeling better and more relaxed.

Exceptional massage!! My initial visit was to help with low back pain. The most remarkable change was the unexpected improvement in my upper back and shoulders. Standing and walking with a straight back and better posture was no longer a chore! I felt an improvement in my whole spine. I'll definitely continue therapeutic massages with Jason to release my back and work on retraining my muscles to "default" to great posture.

I had my first massage at Hand In Health today with Ben and it was amazing! Ben was very thorough with what he was doing and asking throughout the entirety of the massage if I was comfortable and if the pressure was good. The environment was very friendly and calming. I was referred by my parents who also see Ben and I can’t wait to go back!
