A rushed, overpriced, unskilled, bitter disappointment. Called ahead for an hour massage; arrived and was told 45 minutes was all they could do. Before paying, Angela seemed nice and welcoming. After paying (too much) for 45 minutes, things proceeded as follows: 1) at least 5 minutes of “getting my change”; 2) a “massage” with finger tips-only, and nails continually nicking my skin (zero training or effort made, and the sensation was upsetting rather than soothing—no muscle relief at all); 3) an interruption by other staff; 4) an air of annoyance and impatience by Angela; 5) several minutes spent getting towels; 6) short argument over length of service (my timer was on). I walked out annoyed, without saying goodbye less than 35 minutes after walking in. Absolute waste of time and money—and I’m annoyed even thinking about it.

If you have any injuries or medical history that requires skilled massage, do not come here. Employees are not trained massage therapists. Mine failed to pay attention to a critical past surgery that I'm now attending to due to the experience. The full range of services are not advertised. Friends are careful, indeed.

It is a store not far from my apartment. As the entrance is too small, one may miss it easily. However the interior is quite spacious and clean. Lisa is a professional whose expertise magically eased my back pains. I would come back visit more.
