I have been going to Keep in touch for close to 15 years. I have followed them from their first location to their larger, and comforting location just over the Nassau border. They are extremely clean, professional and highly effective. As a runner, all my aches and pains are well taken care of by Jessica, Dawn or Brianne. I have received a myriad of services including prenatal massage, postnatal massage, deep tissue and lymphatic drainage massage. They are well worth the wait and call backs. They are flexible when they can be with appointment times and dates. I love how individualized the services are. Jessica and Dawn listen when you speak and work with you to get exactly what your body needs. They are fully booked a week to two weeks out which to me, as a client, means they are truly doing some real massage work.

I work a heavy construction job. Nightly i would wake up in pain. My forearms and back seized up and frozen. I looked and felt like an injured T-rex 🦖. A dear friend of mine recommended me to this place last year and I dont think I could ever repay the favor. The therapist here quickly identified my trouble areas and how I was lifting things and moving incorrectly. Her knowledge of anatomy is top notch. Dawn is worth her weight in gold!

Best massage therapist... and I've experienced many. Some move so fast it's the antithesis of relaxation, some just rub you lightly..." thanks for expensive the lotion application". I've even had one where my mood was SO bad immediately afterwards (bad energy transfer). Being a clinician for over 20 yrs, I'm able to discern from good and GREAT and this place is Phenomenal - no question. Only down side: be prepared to plan and schedule in advance bc they get booked up FAST. Myofascial, deep tissue, lymph - they do it all with expertise. - JVK, FNP-BC

I have been going to Keep in Touch for over 20 years, I still go even thought it is a 45 minute drive each way. Why? First of all they are incredibly professional and help with my health issues. Secondly, they truly care and treat you like one of the family. I was concerned about visiting during the pandemic but am 100% confident in their protocols and feel safe in their office. I can't recommend them enough.

Ok, so normally I wouldn’t do this, but I simply called to ask if they had an available time slot for a same day appointment. The individual laughed at me and said they had nothing until next week. I didn’t really think it was as funny actually. Odd behavior considering I WAS a potential customer. I wholeheartedly wish them well, and they are obviously doing good business right now. Just found that response very peculiar.
