I honestly don't understand how this woman has gotten such good ratings. Although I do understand mistakes happen, I also am a believer that if you make a mistake you make it right. I drove half an hour to get to her because she had good ratings. I missed morning time with my daughter. And I value my days off because I work very hard. I made an appointment on the website as instructed. I got a confirmation. When I got to the massage place this morning she came out to apologize and said she did not see my booking. Her solution was that I could just reschedule my 90 minute massage for another day or Pay for an hour massage and then reschedule for another day. Nowhere in the option she gave me was there an actual feeling of her wanting to rectify the situation. Or that she realized the inconvenience or had consideration for my time. I am very disappointed and feel like my time and my energy were extremely wasted today. I honestly think that the way she dealt with the situation says everything about who she is and what she believes.
