I booked a massage and facial over a month before Valentine’s Day. I called two weeks later to confirm it. All good, until the day before I realized I didn’t receive a call or text so I gave them a call. Well surprise surprise, my appointments were canceled by a manager. No notice at all was given. Now imagine my disappointment the day before a holiday left with no appointments. Horrible horrible horrible. I managed a massage envy for 3 years. This was handled extremely poorly. You guys dropped the ball.

Personally my experience with esthetician Olga has been great, she’s very welcoming and made my experience very comfortable since it was my first time ever getting a facial done. When she was booked up i had to opt for another esthetician and i still prefer Mrs.Olga. She takes her time with extracting and asks questions to better understand your skin throughout the facials. I’ve been 3 times already with her!

I went in to get a massage and i didn't enjoy it at all. The masseuse's technique was very unsatisfying and she has putting extreme pressure. This massage wasn't relaxing but just straight up painful and uncomfortable. And for the price she didn't even massage my feet, its a full body massage...like? Its insane to me how in philly you can get a get your feet, face, neck, scalp and full body massaged for only $60 from some Asian massage place in the corner of some street and they do incredible and know how to massage correctly. But this place in NY that puts up a mask of professionalism does a terrible job and charges an extreme amount. NEVER coming back here ever again.

This location is absolutely horrific. They consistently cancel massage appointments. You are essentially paying for NOTHING. The facials are good. But, outside of that, terrible. The point of paying a monthly fee to MASSAGE Envy is to be able to get a MASSAGE!!! The best advice I can offer to anyone who is even considering going here or even worse...signing up with this location...DO NOT DO IT. It is awful. I don't even think they're open for massages on Saturdays anymore. If that doesn't tell you something, I don't know what else will. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. TERRIBLE.
