I received a gift card for Mothers Day for a relaxation massage or a facial. I made an appointment for a massage and it did not disappoint. From the minute I walked in to the end of my session it was amazing. Kathleen was my masseuse and she was awesome. I can’t wait for my next one and will definitely request Kathleen

Massage was very nice but the lady who did it smelt of cigarettes when I first walked into the room. She was so nice and respectful I would just suggest to not smoke right before you see clients because it rlly disturbs the whole experience.

I’m giving two stars for the two front desk girls who were very sweet. Other than that, it was a miserable experience. What is the point of a massage therapist asking you your preferences (likes and dislikes) if he doesn’t listen to you anyway. I specifically said don’t touch my calves, he touches my calves. “Please focus on my feet”, he doesn’t touch my feet. I said I needed soft to medium pressure, I walked out limping. I don’t remember the massage therapist name but nothing about my massage was enjoyable and it was EXTREMELY overpriced. Literally double from what we used to charge at Massage Envy when I worked there. Insane.

Yeah, they do massages, but the facials??? My SKIN— she’s singing. My PORES— they are closing. My FACE?? Bright and dewy and cute as hell. I had only one other facial in my life before connecting with another esthetician at a different facility, and it made me feel like facials were overhyped. Cue Trish: Friendly, collaborative, kind and knows her stuff when it comes to skincare! I told her that when you find a good hairdresser you stick with them to the end, and I feel the same way about Trish. I am moving in a few weeks (almost FOUR HOURS AWAY) and I’ll happily drive to Long Island one weekend a month just to see her. Everyone else is lovely, the massages here are kind of nice but haven’t done much for me personally, but Trish is carrying all five of these stars on her back and I sincerely hope management gives her her flowers. ***The only reason I haven’t canceled my membership here is because of Trish.***

I was very disappointed in the massage I had her today. When I called and booked they said yes the therapist is skilled in deep tissue massage. I checked before booking. Basically the therapist rubbed the lotion on me up and down my back, never once rubbed me, never worked out any knots- NOTHING, she rubbed oil on my body for 50 minutes, that was it! Worst massage I ever had. I’ve been a long time hand and stone member, first time at this location, and it was GOD AWFUL! I don’t want to pay for a touching… I want a massage. So dissatisfied!
