Massage was actually good. Customer service, not so much. I was required to pay BEFORE I received the service, but I was cool with that. The lady that did my massage asked as I finished up, if I were leaving a tip. During my massage, she had to get up briefly three times, but did not give me additonal time. So, I said no, I paid for the service that is all that is required, right? They don't know my financial situation anyways, tips are optional. The manager came out and then proceeded to tell me that, just like at the restaurant, you give tips, she should get a tip. It was obvious the lady that massaged me was upset that I didn't leave a tip. When is the expectation to get a tip, even when you haven't done exceptional work, nor provided me my whole time? This world is getting crazy, expecting more than the services rendered. BEWARE!!

I called and booked a same day appt, arrived 15 mins early for my appt. The receptionist didn't understand English very well, and just instructed me to sit down in the front lobby. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby I was in as to go back to the room and wait there. In the process of all that it seemed like there was an altercation between the therapist because they had got a little loud and were arguing. I waited in the back room for 15 minutes for the therapist to come in to start the service. When she came in she immediately asked for the time of the appointment I told her 1 hour. She asked immediately for $70. I asked her do you have time to do the massage since it was already now 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment. She repeated three more times to pay the $70 first. I didn't have a problem pain before the appointment started, I didn't like being rushed although I didn't rush her. Was difficult to communicate. As I felt uncomfortable and left the facility and told them never mind I'd like to cancel, the therapist then called out to the receptionist to try to stop me. Like I don't want to do business with you if you don't put your clients as a priority.

Great service, just the right amount of heavy pressure. Sometimes, there are not enough therapists for someone to be available at the reception, which can create some issues, but usually nothing too big or disruptive.

After a recent round of golf, I was experiencing neck and lower back pain. After a 60-minute deep tissue massage, the therapist was able to completely resolve my issues. Very clean and relaxing environment. I will definitely go back.

Great experience, friendly employees no appointment was needed in advance. Very reasonable pricing. I brought another person for couples massage, very relaxing…
