Wow. I’ve gotten a lot of massages in my time. But this didn’t even qualify as a massage. Just light rubbing with Hot Oil. The Hot oil felt great. But asked for deep tissue and she seemed to not understand. Did try to upsell for um extra services. But I declined.

I was honestly a bit surprised by the the attitude and atmosphere. Overall the massage was very mechanical and there was no attempt of decent service. To make matters worst, the place temperature was higher than you would expect. I'm pretty sure it was 82 degrees in there, making everything just slightly unbearable. Overall, while decent in a pinch, this place seems to really not care or put focus in their work. There are several other options around a mile radius and honestly I would go for that.

Extremely rude, I went in to ask for a massage and she just straight up told me "No, we're busy". I was confused and said ok? Thinking maybe she could tell me when to come back at a better time. After I said ok the woman just walks away to the back without saying anything else. I had been there before without a problem so the whole exchange was strange. Rude and unprofessional.

The woman who works there is very rude. She just says that they're "too busy". She doesn't even tell you when to come back or if you can schedule an appt.

I came as a walk in during business hours. Door was locked, from the inside the lady said with signs and gestures that an appointment was required. I called for an appointment and she was rude and told me to call at another time because they were busy and hung up on me.
