***BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Paid for hour to hear her complaining about "EVERYTHING". I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN when i asked for hour and she whining about just DO! 30 minutes, i should have left then ... good massage but could have been better without the whining and complaining . ....PS SHE SHORT ME 10MINS TOO after paying with tip ALL CUSTOMERS MATTER

Facilities are clean. Called for a couple's massage and they could get us in right away. The downside was that they put us both in a room and my massage started about a 1/2 hour before my partner's massage. We kept having to ask when the 2nd massage therapist would enter the room. Also they kept opening and closing the door. So for about 30 minutes my partner laid on their table. Well. I got the 1st half of my massage and then for about a 1/2 an hour after my massage was finished. I had to lay there under the sheet while my partner's massage was finished. Lastly, they complained about the amount of tip we were going to give at the end, which would have been more if it were not for the. Fact that the massage was so disorganized.

The massage was absolutely pleasant. Had tension in my lower back and the massage helped to relieve it. The lady who did my massage was very friendly and has over 15 years of experience. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
