This place is a money laundering I try booking in for an appointment four times and all four occasion i ask Kindly “what days and time they have someone available for a back massage they always provide me with the same answer we don’t have no availability besides they have they whole family living upstairs I’m not saying there’s nothing wrong with that but in google maps they have a whole schedule that do not follow. this place is not legit please don’t waste your time trying to book in for anything.

I usually go to Ellen's Spa around the corner, but seeing the reviews for this place, I decided to give it a try seeing that it was a $10 price difference and amazing reviews. I walked in without an appointment, and was placed into a room very quickly. I started to take off my coat and hat and the woman running the desk asked me about payment. I was a little confused about paying up front, but eh. I handed her my card (they say they take cards at the door) and there was an additional $5 surcharge. That didn't bug me immensely, but was a little annoying. The massage was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. It honestly seemed a little shorter than an hour, but I didn't want to say anything because I didn't have solid evidence (and time is a weird construct when in a massage). My masseuse was pretty good and very strong, however, I asked for a little more focus on my lower back because that's where my pain was. I didn't really feel like I got that. Is that my fault for not speaking up during the massage? Probably. This massage also seemed a bit unconventional, focusing a third of the time using this tool that I can only describe as feeling like someone is using a hairbrush on your back. I can see how some people would go nuts for it. Not my cup of tea. My massage therapist was very thorough, though. She definitely massaged all my muscles, including my chest, which I'd never recieved in a massage before. At the end, the woman at the desk seemed a little antsy when I came out. I asked for the bathroom, and she told me where. I found her lingering pretty close by when I came out of the bathroom. She started to ask me about a tip before I even got to the counter. I told her I was about to give it to her since I didn't see my therapist, and she said that I was supposed to tip BEFORE the service. Thinking I had misheard her, I asked: "You want me to tip before the massage?". She eagerly nodded yes, and then took my ten dollar bill from my hand. That was really what soured the experience for me. Overall, a pretty good massage and great customer service from the massage therapist, but not from the front desk. I probably won't be back.

I don’t often post reviews, but wanted to share how great my experience at Soothing Day Spa was. I’m a pretty picky customer when it comes to massages and haven’t until now found a place that I love. Usually massages are too light and indiscriminate for me but this massage was truly deep tissue and targeted (with a few exceptions here and there). The masseuse applied very strong pressure throughout the entire 60-min massage and used different techniques including stretching and shiatsu. Pricing is also very reasonable and the facility is relaxing. I’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and relaxing spa. The massage therapist, number seven made the overall experience excellent. Seven is an excellent massage therapist and I will be going back seven has a Beautiful body, beautiful breasts and a personality is fantastic.

They told me otp it was $60 on the phone. When I arrived they told me it was $120. $60 for a massage and a mandatory $60 upfront tip (before the massage). I walked out right away. I definitely would not recommend this place
