HIGHLY recommend. I feel like I have a new body. NOTE: I did the 1 hour Deep Tissue combo with Thai massage. Incredibly INTENSE pressure in all the right places. Read: I had to concentrate just to breathe. I would not change a thing but you’ve been warned! It’s not just “Thai” in name only. My therapist mounted the table, walked on my back and dug into my knots with her heels. Divine. Pros: 1 hour massage was perfect for those who love very deep pressure. Price was reasonable, $85. Rose was amazing! Sometimes I couldn’t tell whether I felt her hands, elbows, feet or all three! It was fantastic. The location is easy to get to but I took a car and can’t comment on parking. Online booking was super easy and straightforward. Cons: The suite is on the small size but the rooms are spacious and I was taken into my room as soon as I walked in. If you don’t like Thai style massage, reconsider.

For anyone looking for a fantastic Thai Massage, I highly recommend Harbor Thai. The location was very clean and cozy, the staff was very professional and friendly. Maya gave the best Thai Massage I have ever had, and that's compared to even in Thailand itself. I highly recommend them for a great massage.

Such an easy booking process. They even fit me in early when I should up. I like to be in pain during my deep tissue massages because I'm a large man.... they made it happen. The masseuse stood on my back and did a great job of focusing on the areas that were in pain. Recommend for any athlete or large individual!

Such an amazing place! I’m not new to massages but this was my first Thai massage. I did the combination massage which included both Thai and Swedish techniques. It was perfect! The masseuse was great and used great pressure and techniques. They do walk on your back and incorporate a lot of stretches to massage and I thought that was really cool. The staff was also incredibly friendly. Prices also very reasonable. It was $75 for an hour which is half the price of a full service spa. They were also really easy to book with and had flexible availability. I don’t live in SD but next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to return!

I’m not sure how they have 5 stars. $85 for someone to step on your back is a robbery. This place gives terrible massages. I got a tiny lady who did not use her hands for a majority of the massage. I paid for an hour massage but got 40 minutes of her stepping on my back - no technique - 2 minutes of her digging her heels into my traps, and 8 minutes of her roughly rubbing my head and neck to end it all. If you do the math there, I got 50 minutes of the hour I paid for. Avoid this place. Im not sure what they’re doing to these other people for them to rate it 5 stars 👀
