These business owners in 2024 need to be humbled! Precious has a 24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy, but can’t even adhere to it herself! My appointment was at 10am on a Tuesday, and she texts me at 4pm on Monday asking if I can reschedule to Wednesday. Sure, I say, though this wasn’t adhering to her 24 hour policy. Wednesday comes around, and I call her the morning of to see if she could reschedule me because I had to go out of town. (Obviously i thought the policy was not being enforced, since she didn’t follow it herself a few days prior) She tells me no, and that she will have to charge me the full amount of my appointment if I don’t show up! Mind you, She has also cancelled on me THE MORNING OF one of my appointments, because she was “sick”. Mind you, I was receiving post-operative massages, and my results can be skewed due to missed appointments, but I digress. She charged me $50 for my appointment, though no services were received because I could not make it(and she knew I wasn’t coming). Though , when I did receive services from her, I could hear her texting and clicking on her phone WHILST I’m having my massage. So she’s massaging with one hand, and typing with the other. If I’m paying for your service, at least give me undivided attention for these measly 30 minutes. She’s just super unprofessional and entitled, and can’t accommodate for her clients but of course we have to accommodate for her! What a joke of a business owner. What happened to customer service, and just being a decent , honest human being? Of course, I never returned to her establishment, because it was giving money hungry. If you’re going to enforce policies, at least follow them yourself.

I had never had a massage before I came to see Precious with a severe shoulder ache from sitting at a non - ergonomic desk at work close to 9 hours a day, and some lower back pain. The aches were much reduced, and now I go every other week! Now I have developed sciatica, and she helps a lot with that as well. I am very glad a friend recommended her to me, and I recommend her to anyone reading this!

Oh my goodness, it was an amazing massage as usual. Precious was so professional, and tended to my stressed areas. Precious was also just glowing!!! Always so happy and friendly.
