My wife and I schedule back to back massages for the beginning of a anniversary trip to New Orleans. Her website and process for making the appointment was very user friendly and simple to navigate. She quickly replied to our messages prior to the appointment. Her appointment reminders via email and intake form made our experience better. We had a scheduling mistake on OUR END, (why we are thankful for the reminder email) resulting in us showing up 15-20mins late. Serra accommodated us with kindness, understanding and grace. All personnel in the facility were welcoming and kind. Offices were very clean, well organized. Serra's massage room was relaxing, great atmosphere. All her equipment and supplies were in excellence condition. Serra was very professional and highly skilled. She was attentive to our needs and provided an excellent therapeutic and relaxing massage for my wife and I. Her prices were very competitive with competitors and we feel the value of our experience exceeded the pricing for her services. I’ve heard about Serra’s magical massage talents and I can now confirm that she lives up to her outstanding reputation. I went to her after having some extreme and debilitating back pain brought on by pregnancy and I’ve been nearly pain free since.
